Designing a custom piece should feel exciting—not overwhelming. Whether you're creating an engagement ring, redesigning a family heirloom, or celebrating a milestone, I'm here to guide you through every step. Together, we'll create something that feels authentically yours.

We'll start with a relaxed consultation where we'll talk about your inspiration, style, lifestyle, timeline, and budget. Whether you have a Pinterest board or just a feeling you want to capture, we'll dream it up together.

Once we've finalized your design, I'll transform your sketch into a detailed 3D CAD rendering, allowing you to see your piece from every angle before it is crafted. This is your opportunity to review the design and request any final refinements, ensuring every detail feels just right.
To begin the 3D design phase, a $150 CAD design deposit is required. This allows my design team to create your custom model, and the deposit is fully applied toward the final cost of your completed piece.
Final Step before saying Yes!
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send a secure payment link to the email address we have on file. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due once your piece is complete.
Your ring will typically take between 5–6 weeks, and I'll let you know as soon as it's ready.

Question : How can I determine the ring size?
Answer : Ashley will send you a ring sizer tool to your preferred address once we move to 3D.
Question : My center stone or accent stone fell out. Can you replace them?
Answer : We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and ensure every piece we create meets our standards for durability and long-term wear. If we notice any design preferences that may compromise the security of your stone—such as a single prong setting or the absence of a gallery rail—we will always voice our concerns and offer recommendations before moving into production.
If any damage occurs due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly review the piece and discuss the best next steps.
Question : My partner doesn't like the ring or wants to make a tweak to it. Can I make a change after I proposed or received the ring?
Answer : It’s very important to us that you and your partner absolutely love the final piece. Because each design is custom-made, all sales are final, and once we move into production, we are unable to make changes to the model.
We will provide 3D CAD images of your design as a visual representation of what the ring will look like before it is created. These images are your opportunity to review details and feel confident moving forward.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let Ashley know prior to approving the design and moving into production.
Question : The ring size isn't quite right, can you resize the ring for me?
Answer : Ring sizing is often the trickiest part for customers. Most rings can typically be resized about 1.5 sizes up or down, depending on the design. We encourage you to feel confident in your ring size before moving into production.
If a resize is needed after the proposal, no worries—we can discuss the best next steps and make a plan from there. A resize is not included in your purchase.
Question : How long does it take to create a piece of jewelry
Answer : Once your design is finalized in 3D and we move to production with the 50% project payment - it will take our team around 5 - 6 weeks to complete the ring.

Question : Who will I be working with?
Answer : From our very first conversation to the finished piece, you'll work with me personally. No middlemen. No pressure. Just thoughtful guidance and genuine collaboration.
Question: What metals do you work in
Answer : We work in sterling silver, 14k and 18k white and yellow gold, as well as platinum.
