To help me fully understand your vision, let's start by exploring what you’re looking for and the budget you’d like to stay within.

Reference photos are always helpful, and even a simple freehand sketch can go a long way. I'd love to see what you have in mind.

From there, I’ll create an initial concept sketch (either by hand or with AI assistance) to help us align on overall vision.

Once we’ve finalized the overall direction, we’ll move into the 3D design phase—where we can take a closer look at proportions, details, and exactly how your piece will come together before it’s made.

3D Design

Once we’re ready to move forward with 3D design, we require a $150 deposit to allow our design team to begin creating your custom model. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your completed piece.

During the 3D design phase, we’ll take a close look at proportions, refine the details, and fine tune every element until it feels absolutely perfect.

If your design includes a center stone, this is also the stage where we’ll review stone options together. Just let me know the shape and size you have in mind, along with your preference for a lab-grown or natural diamond—or if you’d like to explore a fancy colored gemstone.

Final Step before saying Yes!

Once you’re ready to move forward and begin production, I’ll send a secure payment link to the email address we have on file.

We request a 50% deposit of the project total to move into production, with the remaining 50% due once your piece is complete.

Once the 50% deposit is received, our workshop will begin carefully crafting your jewelry. Production typically takes about 5–6 weeks. As soon as your piece is finished, I’ll send it to you and keep you updated along the way.

Question : How can I determine the ring size?

Answer : Ashley will send you a ring sizer tool to your preferred address once we move to 3D.

Question : My center stone or accent stone fell out. Can you replace them?

Answer : We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and ensure every piece we create meets our standards for durability and long-term wear. If we notice any design preferences that may compromise the security of your stone—such as a single prong setting or the absence of a gallery rail—we will always voice our concerns and offer recommendations before moving into production.

If any damage occurs due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly review the piece and discuss the best next steps.

Question : My partner doesn't like the ring or wants to make a tweak to it. Can I make a change after I proposed or received the ring?

Answer : It’s very important to us that you and your partner absolutely love the final piece. Because each design is custom-made, all sales are final, and once we move into production, we are unable to make changes to the model.

We will provide 3D CAD images of your design as a visual representation of what the ring will look like before it is created. These images are your opportunity to review details and feel confident moving forward.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let Ashley know prior to approving the design and moving into production.

Question : The ring size isn't quite right, can you resize the ring for me?

Answer : Ring sizing is often the trickiest part for customers. Most rings can typically be resized about 1.5 sizes up or down, depending on the design. We encourage you to feel confident in your ring size before moving into production.

If a resize is needed after the proposal, no worries—we can discuss the best next steps and make a plan from there.

Question : How long does it take to create a piece of jewelry

Answer : Once your design is finalized in 3D and we move to production with the 50% project payment - it will take our team around 4 - 6 weeks to complete the ring.

Question: What metals do you work in

Answer : We work in sterling silver, 14k and 18k white and yellow gold.
