All payments are processed securely through Square (including Square Invoicing), a trusted and industry-recognized payment platform. Your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by Square—we do not store or have access to your full payment details.
We only collect the information necessary to complete your order or custom design request, such as your name, email, mailing address and project details. This information is used solely to communicate with you regarding your purchase or design process.
Ashley Rose Jewelry does not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Each piece from Ashley Rose Jewelry is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted with the intention of being treasured for years to come. Glimmer Collection & Custom Designs
All Glimmer Collection pieces and custom designs are made to order and created specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final. We kindly encourage you to confirm all details—including sizing—prior to placing your order to ensure a seamless experience.
Jewelry & Décor
Select ready-to-ship jewelry and décor items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and carefully packaged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
To request a return, please email ashrosejewelry@gmail.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the next steps.
Repairs & Craftsmanship Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and ensure every piece meets our standards for durability and long-term wear.
If you experience an issue due to a manufacturing defect, please reach out so we can review your piece and determine the best next steps. Ashley Rose Jewelry is not responsible for any damage due to normal wear and tear, as well as product misuse, neglect or accidental damage.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with attention to detail. Shipping timelines and tracking information will be provided once your piece is complete and ready to be sent.
For custom and made to order pieces, a signature is needed at time of delivery. Ashley is not responsible in the event that an unauthorized person signs for your package.
All other items will ship via standard shipping.
Ashley Rose Jewelry is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit and in the hands of the mail carrier.
